Cuanbei Snow Pear Pig Lung Decoction
Basic features: Moisten the lungs, resolve phlegm and relieve cough. Dry heat damages the lungs, with symptoms such as cough with thick phlegm, difficulty in expectoration, dry throat and thirst. It can also be used for upper respiratory tract infections, bronchitis and other dryness of the lungs.
Basic ingredients: half pig lung, 15 Sichuan Fritillaria, 4 Sydney pears, appropriate amount of rock sugar.
Method
(1) Cut the pig lungs into thick slices, soak them in water and squeeze them clean by hand, put them in boiling water and boil them for 5 minutes, pick them up from the cold river and drain them.
(2) Wash the Sydney pears, cut into four pieces with the skin on, remove the core, and wash the Sichuan Fritillaria.
(3) Put all the ingredients into a pot of boiling water, bring to a boil over high heat, simmer over low heat for 2 to 3 hours, season and serve.

Note
This soup should not be used if the patient has a cough with cold phlegm or damp phlegm that is thin and white in color.
Imperata Genus, Snow Pear and Pig Lung Soup
Ingredients: 200 grams of fresh Imperata Gent, 2 snow pears, 1 pair of pig lungs, and 5 grams of tangerine peel.
