2. Cut the mutton into small pieces (Figure 2), put cold water in the pot, add 30ml cooking wine, boil the water for about 5 minutes, and take it out (Figure 3).
3. Take out the pot again, put the mutton in cold water, add 30ml of cooking wine, and after boiling, add carrot, celery, onion, ginger, garlic, pepper (more can remove fishy smell), fragrant leaves, 15ml soy sauce and 15ml soy sauce. (Figure 4) Cook on low heat for 40 minutes.
