The day I became a member of Shude Experiment Shahe was October 27, 2018.

It was a Saturday, and the weather was not sunny. At that time, I had been at Southwest University and its surroundings for four or five days. My physical condition was not very good, and I was mentally stressed. Because I have always wanted to work in Chengdu, and now that I am recruiting for the Chengdu Jinniu District Education Bureau, I really hope that I can be selected.

I just took the written test organized by the Education Bureau of Jinniu District, Chengdu the night before. In the morning, I had another interview with Chengdu High-tech Zone. As soon as it was over, I rushed to Jinniu District. From the time I waited for the interview at around ten o'clock to the end of the interview, it was already past three o'clock. I didn't dare to leave during this period, and I didn't eat (but no one did, including the dedicated judges and teachers). I prepared my trial lecture carefully and answered the judges seriously. The teacher's question is that I am afraid of missing this opportunity. Because I had already "secretly promised" to the Jinniu District Education Bureau during the briefing. You may ask why, so I will tell you~

In fact, I have met several people before. None of the information sessions held by other schools made me feel so excited about Jinniu District in Chengdu:

1. When I entered the door, there were several teachers standing on both sides of the door, smiling and handing over I was surprised to be given a box of colored pencils;

2. Entering the lobby, your eyes were attracted by the wonderful promotional video (the informal one, singing rap in dialect...), whether it was spicy or spicy The piping hot hot pot and the authentic Sichuan dialect all exude a strong atmosphere of hometown! The promotional posters and slogans around me can be seen that they are very thoughtful, which is a surprise;

3. When I sat down, I saw canvas bags placed on the seats in advance. Wow, it turned out to be a surprise. What a big gift package. After taking inventory, I found a Tianfutong transportation card, a color notebook, a postcard from Chengdu, cultural tape, a cute map, a small storage bag, and a canvas bag with the words "One copy of Congrong" printed on it. This was three surprises;

4. The lecture began. First, I watched a micro-movie with a clear and attractive theme. Next, let’s talk about the host, who is super formal, wearing a formal suit, holding a card in his hand, and speaking in a hosting voice. This is four surprises;

5. The principal of each school came on stage to introduce his school, which lasted about three minutes. , the rhythm is very well grasped, not only the formal dress, but also the carefully prepared PPT, with catchy introduction words, baggage, motivation, and useful information... these are five surprises

Let’s get back to the interview. Well, after I finished, I went to have lunch at around three o'clock. After I finished eating, it was about four o'clock. When I got back to my apartment, I already felt that my eyes hurt and my head hurt. I had just laid down for two minutes to prepare for a rest when my mobile phone rang, saying that I would be recruiting soon. Hall, the results are out! (It’s so efficient~) I immediately turned it over and set off. Since I live far away, it was already twenty minutes before I arrived at the scene.

I am very happy to have successfully obtained the opportunity. When I was choosing a school, I immediately saw Chengdu Shahe Middle School (Shude Experimental Middle School Shahe Campus)! ! ! I recalled the introduction given by the principal during the lecture, and filled in my own intention.

Later I met Principal Yan and Principal Xiao and had a chat together. This conversation benefited me a lot, both from the principal’s expectations of me and from the inspiration I received.

As the name suggests, School Yan looks a bit stern but at the same time rigorous; School Xiao is always smiling and gentle, and extremely friendly! I'm lucky to have such an excellent and educational leader. I will work harder in the future!
