Required ingredients
A piece of old tofu, an appropriate amount of cooking oil, an appropriate amount of dried Chili peppers, a spoonful of pepper, shredded green peppers, shredded green onions, minced garlic, salt, sugar, rice vinegar, pepper oil, sesame oil and a little parsley.
Practice steps
1, first cut the old tofu into large pieces, the thickness is about half a centimeter, then fry it in a pan at 40% to 50% oil temperature, or fry it directly until both sides are golden, remove the oil and let it cool naturally.
2. Prepare a little dried pepper segment and a spoonful of pepper in the bowl, and pour it with the hot oil that just fried tofu, so as to make it fragrant. The side dishes can be matched according to your own preferences. After the green and red pepper slices are opened, they are cut into shreds, and the green onions are cut into shreds obliquely.
3. Cut the cooled tofu blocks from the middle piece with a knife, and cut them into thinner strips after stacking. The shredded tofu made in this way is golden in color and looks very appetizing. Add chopped green and red pepper, shredded onion, a little minced garlic and Chili oil. Add salt, sugar, a spoonful of rice vinegar, pepper oil, sesame oil, and finally add a little parsley. Mix well and serve delicious.
