2. Warm and nourish lung qi. If the lung qi goes up and down, it will cause asthma and cough, and the hundreds of organs will be bitter and drain down. It is good at lowering qi, so it can lower the qi to dissipate lung heat and warm the lungs. Used for lung cold cough, tuberculosis and other diseases.
3. Dissipate heat and relieve heat. Baibu is moisturizing but not drying. It can relieve qi and reduce qi, clear away heat from the lungs and relieve external symptoms. It is used for skin scabies, eczema, psoriasis, yellowing and swelling all over the body, dermatitis, eczema and other diseases.
Kill insects and lice. According to the Qing Dynasty medical classic "Compendium of Materia Medica", Baibu kills insects without depleting Qi and blood, which is most beneficial to people. However, when killing insects, a larger amount is needed to be effective. At the same time, compatibility with ginseng, poria, atractylodes, etc. can reduce the damage to the gastrointestinal tract caused by the bitter taste of Baibu. It is used externally for head lice, body lice, pinworms, genital itching, ascariasis and other diseases.
