scrambled eggs with Pleurotus ostreatus
Ingredients: Pleurotus ostreatus, eggs, onion, ginger and garlic
Practice:
1. Tear the Pleurotus ostreatus into strips, clean it, and squeeze the water for later use;
2. Beat the eggs, pour oil into the pan, stir-fry until cooked, and take them out;
3. Pour oil into the pan, saute shallots, ginger and garlic, add Pleurotus ostreatus and saute until soft;
4. Add some salt, soy sauce and oyster sauce to taste;
5. pour in the scrambled eggs and chopped garlic sprouts, and stir-fry for about 2 minutes.
