How to bake potatoes over charcoal:
Ingredients: 2 potatoes, 1 tsp salt, ? tsp sugar, ? tsp cumin, ? tsp chili powder, ? tsp five spice powder, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, a little bit of salad oil.
Directions:
1: Cut the potatoes into 4 to 6 strips, soak them in water for 3 minutes, and drain off the water;
2: Add salt, sugar, cumin, chili powder, five-spice powder and oyster sauce to the potatoes, mix the seasonings with the potatoes and set aside for 10 minutes;
3: Preheat the oven to 230 degrees F.;
4: Spread a baking sheet with a large bowl of water and a small piece of oyster sauce.
