Materials:
White radish 1 kg, carrot 1 root, 5-7 red dates, big bones or vertebrae, 5 codonopsis pilosula, and appropriate amount of pepper.
Practice:
1. Peel the white radish, rinse it, and put it into the stew pot;
2. Add carrots, red dates, big bones, codonopsis pilosula, pepper, cooking wine and water (2/3 pot of water);
3. After the fire is boiled, remove the foam and cook for about 2-3 hours until the soup becomes thick.
