Making marshmallows:

Ingredients: 1 egg white, 100 grams of sugar, 15 grams of gelatin, water, and 1200 to 1400 grams of corn flour.

Method:

1. Add water to gelatin to make it moist.

2. Use a pot about 2 cm deep, fill it with corn flour, smooth it out, and use an egg to make a dent on it.

3. Add 80cc of water and 100g of sugar to the pot, boil over medium heat, then add gelatin and cook until dissolved.

4. Pour the egg whites into a large bowl and beat until foamy. Add the gelatin in 5 to 6 batches and beat until foamy.

5. At this time, divide the protein gelatin into several equal parts and add 1 teaspoon of juice to each.

6. Pour the egg white prepared in Step 5 into the prepared indentation and put it in the refrigerator. After the surface has solidified, turn it over to the other side and put it back in the refrigerator.

7. After both sides have solidified, take it out and gently remove the corn flour on the surface, then place it in a bottle and seal it for storage.

8. Add 2 to 3 drops of strawberry essence to make marshmallows.
