Step 2: Put proper vegetable oil into the wok, boil it, and add ginger slices in winter to saute. Then add 2 tablespoons of bean paste and 1 tablespoon of rice wine to saute. Then pour in a spoonful of soy sauce and 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, stir-fry them evenly, add appropriate warm water and bring to a boil.
The third step is to add appropriate crispy meat and beef balls, which can be adjusted according to the total number of meals, and maintain the duration of slow fire cooking 10min. 10 minutes later, the soup has already been collected by more than half. At this moment, when poured into the Pleurotus ostreatus section, the water content of the Pleurotus ostreatus is particularly large, and a lot of water can be separated after being put in. Taste the soup at this moment, and consider adding sugar and salt as appropriate.
Step 4: Add bean sprouts five minutes later and stew for 3 minutes. The pepper can be put in or not, and the pot can be turned off 2 minutes after it is put in. Sweet potato vermicelli and Pleurotus ostreatus are very easy to digest and absorb the soup. The meatballs and crispy meat added make the soup more mellow, and bean sprouts and pepper can balance the taste of iron pot stew. Even if you eat this kind of iron pot stew in summer, you won't feel tired, but especially when you eat.
