Xue Meiniang, a dessert, is familiar to everyone. Some time ago, there was a fire on the internet, which looked very attractive, although the dishes cooked by my mother were not so beautiful. But it tastes good.
Once I really wanted to eat Xue Meiniang. I called my mother to teach me how to do it. Then there was a scene where my mother said one step and I did another. The finished product is quite good, so that everyone can eat their own Xue Meiniang. Xue Meiniang's home-cooked practice
Step 1: Pour the prepared white sugar into a bowl, add appropriate amount of hot water and stir until it is completely dissolved. Then, pour in milk, continue to stir with chopsticks, and then add corn starch and glutinous rice flour to stir. Note that the ratio here is 1: 1, so as to make a delicious snow girl.
Step 2: Add some water to the pot, bring it to a boil, then add the stirred batter and steam for about half an hour. When steaming, dry the wok, heat it, pour in glutinous rice flour, stir-fry it until it is light yellow, and then serve.
Step 3: After the batter is steamed, add a piece of butter and knead it evenly, then put it in the refrigerator for half an hour. Add cream and sugar to the bowl and beat it completely. Sprinkle the fried glutinous rice flour on the chopping board, then take out the refrigerated batter, divide it into small balls, roll it into dough with a rolling pin, add fruit and cream, and wrap it. The delicious Xue Meiniang is ready.
