1 white radish, white vinegar, fine sugar, ginger, garlic, dried chili pepper (forgot to take a photo)

Finely chop the dried chilies, mince the ginger and garlic.

Thinly slice the radish. Add a spoonful of salt and grab the radish with your hands. This will squeeze out some of the bitter water from the radish.

Marinate for half an hour and a lot of bitter water will come out.

Pour away the bitter water and add ginger, garlic and dried chili peppers. Pour in white vinegar. (It’s best to add more white vinegar)

Add another spoonful of sugar.

Mix well.

Store in a covered container. Marinate for half a day and it's ready to eat.
