2. Practice:
(1) Boil the water in the pot. When fish-eye bubbles appear at the bottom of the pot, beat in the eggs, then turn off the fire and stew the eggs until they are cooked.
(2) Wash and chop shallots and coriander.
(3) Put chopped green onion and coriander into a bowl, and then pour all seasonings in turn.
(4) Pour water from another pot and put the noodles in for cooking.
(5) After the noodles are cooked, take them out and put them in a bowl filled with soup.
(6) Add the boiled poached eggs, and then pour a proper amount of boiled noodles and hot soup to enjoy.
