1. Shredded pork is marinated with ginger, garlic, pepper, salt and cornflour.
2. Soak the dried mushrooms in hot water for 10 hour.
3. Heat the pan and pour the oil. When the oil is hot, pour in the pickled shredded pork, green pepper, red pepper, dried pepper and soy sauce (a little) and stir-fry until medium-cooked. Set aside.
4. Stir-fry the dried mushrooms with the remaining oil in the pot, and add appropriate amount of salt according to the taste and stir well. Add a proper amount of water, cover the pot and stew until the dried mushrooms are moderate in hardness, then pour in the fried shredded pork and stir it evenly, and then take it out of the pot and put it on the plate.
