Its clinical features are: chronic lower abdominal pain, lumbosacral pain, sexual pain, dysmenorrhea, extreme fatigue, sexy unhappiness, excessive leucorrhea, breast pain and so on. Gynecological examination showed that vulvovaginal veins were dilated, the cervix was purple-blue, and most of the uterus was contracted, flexed and enlarged, but there was no obvious lesion, and there was no obvious history of acute pelvic inflammatory disease infection in the past. The main cause of the disease is that there are many venous plexus in pelvic cavity, including pudendal venous plexus, vesicovaginal plexus and hysterovaginal plexus. The venous plexus of bladder, reproductive organs and rectum are interconnected, with thin vein walls and no valves in small and medium veins. Therefore, any one of the three systems can affect the other two systems, making the pelvic venous blood flow slow. For suspicious patients, pelvic venography can be used to observe the pelvic venous return velocity. When there is pelvic congestion, the venous return speed is obviously slow, and the contrast agent flows out of the pelvic cavity for more than 20 seconds. Pelvic rheogram can also be used for diagnosis.

In the treatment of this syndrome, mild patients should take lateral position, chest and knee position, correct constipation, treat cervicitis, strengthen pelvic muscle exercise and avoid excessive fatigue. In severe cases, round ligament suspension and sacral ligament shortening, transverse ligament fascia repair, or abdominal total hysterectomy were performed.

Combined with clinical features, the syndrome can generally be classified as abdominal pain, dysmenorrhea, leukorrhagia and other categories in traditional Chinese medicine. 1. Jiawei Guizhi Fuling Decoction consists of Guizhi, Poria, Cortex Moutan, Peach Kernel and Radix Paeoniae Alba, each flavor 10g.

Changes of addition and subtraction: blood stasis, blood heat, bitter taste, red urine, red tongue, yellow pulse, yellowing10g; ; Chest pain due to qi stagnation, hypochondriac pain, premenstrual aggravation, and red pulse. Add Bupleurum root 9g, Platycladus orientalis flower 10g, Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae Viride 10g, and bergamot10g; Qi deficiency, dizziness, fatigue, wheezing when moving, pale tongue, slow pulse, add 30g of Radix Rehmanniae Preparata, 30g of Radix Codonopsis, 30g of Radix Astragali, and 0/5g of Radix Angelicae Sinensis.
