[Name explanation]?
1) Tianshu. The name of the sky star, Tianshu Star, is the Beidou One of the Big Dipper. Its left connection is the Beidou Two Tianxuan Star, and the right connection is the Beidou Four Stars. The name Tianshu means that there are two paths for the execution of qi and blood in this point. One is that the qi and blood in the point go out to the celestial level where the large intestine meridian is, and the other is that the qi and blood in the point are executed along the stomach meridian. The Qi and blood material in this acupoint comes from two aspects. One is the residual wind Qi coming from Taiyi and Huaroumen acupoints, and the other is the water-damp Qi coming from the points between Qichong acupoint and Wailing acupoint. After the qi and blood of the upper and lower meridians of the stomach meridian intersect at this point, because the qi and blood are full, there is no other way out except the stomach meridian. Therefore, it goes up the large intestine meridian, which is at a similar level to the stomach meridian, that is, to the higher heaven. It is transported by the Ministry of Transport, hence the name Tianshu. ?
2) Long streams and long valleys. Long and endless. Stream, the path of water flow. Valley, narrow valley. The names Changxi and Changgu mean that the Qi and blood of this point are strong and continuously exported to the outside. The material of this point is formed by the convergence of the upper and lower parts of the stomach meridian. Its qi is strong and is continuously transported to the heavenly level where the large intestine meridian is located, hence its name. ?
3) Gumen and Guming. Gu, stomach qi. Door, the gateway for entry and exit. Ming refers to something visible, which means that the Qi and blood of this acupoint are strong, and the gaseous matter transported externally is something visible. The names Gumen and Guming mean that stomach qi is continuously transported to the large intestine meridian from this point. The reason is the same as that of Tianshu. ?
4) Xunji and Xunyuan. Xun, the inherent path of Qi and blood execution. Jiji, Jihui also. Yuan, the original element. The names "Xunji" and "Xunyuan" mean that the Qi and blood of this point are strong, and the substances of Qi and blood are transported to the large intestine meridian through the inherent pathways. The reason is the same as that of Tianshu. ?
5) Supplement the yuan. To supplement, to supplement. Yuan, the original element. The name "Buyuan" means that the Qi and blood of this point are strong, and it is the source of the body's acquired Qi. There are many types of Qi in the human body, including Yuan Qi, Zong Qi, Shen Qi, etc. Yuan Qi is innate Qi, that is, kidney Qi. It is innate and cannot be changed. Yuan Qi is the innate foundation of human beings. It is continuously consumed as people grow and develop. However, the consumption of Yuan Qi changes with the rise and fall of acquired Qi in the human body. If acquired Qi is strong, vitality will be depleted slowly, and if acquired Qi is weak, vitality will be depleted quickly. In the same way, replenishing a person's acquired Qi means indirectly replenishing a person's vitality. The strong Qi output from this point has the function of supplementing and strengthening the acquired Qi of the human body, so it is called Bu Yuan. ?
6) Recruiting points on the large intestine meridian. Because the Qi and blood at this point are strong and the Qi and blood substances are consistent with the characteristics of the large intestine meridian, the outward transmission is to the celestial level where the large intestine meridian is located. It is the main source of Qi and blood in the large intestine meridian, so it is a recruiting point for the large intestine meridian. ?
[Characteristics of qi and blood] The material of qi and blood is water, dampness and turbid qi from the heavens, which is warm and hot in nature. ?
[Execution Rules] Water, dampness and turbid qi are delivered from this point to the heavenly level where the qi and blood of the large intestine meridian are located. ?
[Function] Recruit qi and blood substances from the large intestine meridian. ?
[Treatment] If the condition is cold, moxibustion will be used to replenish it; if it is hot, use purging acupuncture to release Qi or water acupuncture.
