How to Make Stuffed Pork with Tofu Foam
Tools/Ingredients

Tofu puffs, shiitake mushrooms, carrots, meat, chicken broth, sugar, salt, white pepper, soy sauce, oyster sauce, chopped green onion

First, use a knife to slice open either side of the tofu puffs, then scoop out the center.

Next, wash and dice the shiitake mushrooms and carrots, then wash and chop the meat into mince.

Put the chopped meat into a bowl, add the diced shiitake mushrooms, diced carrots, and scooped out tofu, and sprinkle in the appropriate amount of chicken essence, salt, sugar, and white pepper, and mix well together.

Add the soy sauce and oyster sauce and keep mixing.

Put the stirred meat mixture into the tofu puffs and compact the meat with a spoon.

Put the finished tofu puffs on a plate and steam them in a steamer for 15 minutes.

In a separate sauté pan, add water, soy sauce and oyster sauce, and bring the water to a boil.

When the tofu puffs are done steaming, remove them from the pan and pour the boiling sauce over the tofu puffs and sprinkle some chopped green onions on the top to finish the tofu puffs.
