Ingredients
130 grams of golden needle mushrooms
40 grams of chopped peppers

Methods:
1 Wash and clean golden needle mushrooms and cut off the roots.

Baked Beef Rolls with Golden Mushrooms
Ingredients
400g Beef
100g Golden Needle Mushrooms
30g Celery
1 Carrot
5g Barbecue Powder
5ml Soya Sauce
10g Barbecue Sauce
Each in moderation Cumin powder, cooking oil
Method:
1 Cleaned enoki mushrooms and cut off the roots, set aside.
2 Wash the celery and cut into segments, peel off the old skin, then cut into small strips and set aside.
3 Cleaned carrots cut into slices, then cut into small strips, set aside.
4 Cut the washed beef into thin slices and set aside.
5 Lay the beef on a cutting board and put a moderate amount of enoki mushrooms, celery and carrots.
6 Roll the beef into a roll and secure with a toothpick, set aside.
7 Brush a moderate amount of cooking oil on the grill.
8 Place the beef rolls on the grill and grill over medium heat for 2 minutes until browned.
9 Flip beef rolls and brush with cooking oil, soy sauce, and barbecue sauce.
10 Sprinkle with barbecue powder and cumin and grill over medium heat for 2 minutes until browned.
11 Flip the beef rolls again, brush with soy sauce, barbecue sauce, barbecue powder, and cumin, and grill over medium heat for 2 minutes until cooked through.
12 Brush with additional cooking oil, grill for 1 minute, and serve on a plate.

Bean Skin and Enoki Mushroom Rolls
Ingredients
50g Bean Skin
100g Enoki Mushroom
20g Shredded Colorful Pepper
5g Barbecue Powder
5g Cumin Powder
Pinch of Salt

Method:
1 Cut the washed bean skins into strips about 10 centimeters long and 3 centimeters wide and set aside.
2 Cleaned enoki mushrooms and cut off the roots.
3 Lay the bean skins flat on a cutting board, and at one end of the bean skins, place the enoki mushrooms and colored pepper shreds.
4 Slowly roll up and thread with a bamboo skewer, thread the remaining bean skins, enoki mushrooms, and colored pepper shreds in turn, and set aside.
5 Brush the grill with a moderate amount of cooking oil.
