The method is as follows:
1. Wash the pears and cut them into thin slices.
2. After cutting, don’t forget to rake the pear and dig out the seeds in the middle of the pear. Otherwise, the pear water will be bitter when cooked.
3. Put the pear slices into the pot, and then pour a certain amount of water according to the number of pears, preferably boiling water.
4. Then cover the lid, turn on high heat and start boiling the pear water.
5. After the water boils, add rock sugar. Add the appropriate amount of rock sugar according to the amount of water. If you add too much, it will be too sweet; if you add too little, it will be tasteless. After adding the rock sugar, stir it for a while to ensure that the rock sugar is fully dissolved.
6. After the pears are boiled and the rock sugar is added, turn the induction cooker to low heat and simmer slowly for 10-15 minutes. When the color of the pear water becomes darker, you can turn off the heat. Cover and simmer the pear water for a while, then let it cool before drinking.
