2, pickled mustard tuber shredded pork noodles
Ingredients: pork tenderloin 200g, mustard tuber 50g, onion 50g, salt 2g, cooking wine10g, pea starch 5g, lard 50g. Proper amount of noodles
1. Cut pork tenderloin into 6 cm long filaments and put them in a bowl.
2. Add salt, cooking wine and starch to the shredded pork for later use.
3. Wash the mustard tuber and cut it into 4 cm long filaments for later use.

3. Braised beef noodles
Ingredients: 500g beef, 500g noodles, 250g Chinese cabbage, water 10 cup water, 4 onions, 2 slices ginger, 8 garlic, 4 star anise, pepper 1, soy sauce 1 cup, 6 cups water, wine 1 spoon, etc.
1. Wash beef, cut it into small pieces, blanch it to remove blood, and then take it out.
2. Saute shallots, ginger, onions, star anise, peppers and beef.
3. Add 1 cup of soy sauce, 6 cups of water, 1 tablespoon of wine, 1 tablespoon of spicy bean paste and cook for about 1 hour on medium heat.
Boil the water, take out the cooked noodles, and then scald the Chinese cabbage.
5. Put a little sesame oil, chopped green onion and beef soup in the bowl, add noodles, vegetables and beef and mix well.
4. Regan Noodles
Ingredients: noodles, spicy radish, sesame oil, sesame sauce, soy sauce, salt and coriander.
1. Dice the spicy radish, wash and chop the coriander.
2. Slowly mix sesame paste with sesame oil, then add appropriate amount of soy sauce and salt and mix well.
3. Shake the noodles well and put them in a boiling water pot. When they are 80% cooked, take them out and drain them.

5. Hot and sour noodles
Ingredients: noodles, soy sauce, vinegar, salt, chicken essence, Chili noodles, coriander and mustard tuber.
1. Cook a proper amount of noodles in boiling water.
2. After the oil in the pot is heated, pour it on the Chili noodles to make red oil.
3. Soy sauce, vinegar, salt and chicken essence are mixed into juice.
4. Take out the cooked noodles, add a proper amount of cooked noodle soup, and add the prepared red oil.
5. Chop coriander, chop mustard tuber and put it into noodles.
6, green pepper shredded noodles
Ingredients: shredded pork 150g, two green peppers, ginger 10g, soy sauce 10ml, soy sauce 15ml, 5g of sugar, 5ml of cooking wine and a little water starch.
