The preparation method of nougat is as follow:

1, boiled peanuts with a rolling pin.

2. Put the marshmallows in the microwave oven, and microwave over high heat 1 min. Don't take too long, so the marshmallows can melt completely. Be careful not to microwave for too long, the marshmallows will turn into paste.

3. Quickly pour the milk powder and peanut powder into the melted cotton candy and stir it evenly, and the speed must be fast, otherwise the cotton candy will solidify easily. If it has hardened and has not been stirred evenly, it can be put into the microwave oven for more than ten seconds.

4. Put the stirred mixture into plastic wrap or plastic bag, and put the mixture into a rectangle while it is hot.

5. Arrange the rectangular mixture, cool it and put it in the refrigerator 1~2 hours to make it completely hard.

6. Sprinkle some milk powder on the chopping board, put nougat with plastic wrap removed on it and cut it into small pieces.

7. Put the nougat cubes into the fresh-keeping box, sprinkle some milk powder and shake the fresh-keeping box to make the milk powder stick to the candy cubes evenly to avoid mutual adhesion.

It can be seen that nougat is mostly made of syrup, nuts and protein, so the content of sugar and fat is relatively high, so it is not suitable for eating during weight loss.
