Carp Fish Soup is made as follows:
Main Ingredients: 1 fresh crucian carp, 1 white radish, 1 green onion, 3 slices of ginger.
Seasoning: 3 tablespoons oil, 2 tablespoons chicken juice concentrate, 1 tablespoon cooking wine, 1 tablespoon salt.
1: Remove scales, gills and viscera from crucian carp, rinse and wipe dry, and make three diagonal cuts on both sides of the fish.
2. Peel and wash white radish, cut into thin strips. Onion head and tail cut into segments, ginger peeled and sliced.
3. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a pan, stir fry the ginger slices, add the carp and fry until golden brown on both sides, then remove and set aside.
4: Fill a pot with 3 bowls of water, pour in the shredded radish and crucian carp and bring to a boil, then lower the heat and simmer for 30 minutes until the soup is milky white.
5. Sprinkle in green onion, add 2 tablespoons of chicken juice concentrate, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine and 1/2 tablespoon of salt to taste.
