How to distinguish spoiled milk
1, vision: the eyes see that the milk is bean curd-like, indicating that the milk has gone bad;
2, sense of smell: the nose smells the smell and sour taste of milk, indicating that the milk has deteriorated;
3, taste: the tongue has bitterness and sourness, indicating that the milk has deteriorated.
4, heating method: after the milk is heated, if there is sediment or tofu-like condensate, it is spoiled milk. The identification method of heating is suitable for fresh milk, high calcium milk and flavored milk drinks, while yogurt and lactic acid bacteria drinks are not suitable for heating.
5. Tip: Shake the packaged milk well, quickly pour it into a transparent glass, and then pour it out slowly. The glass wall will form a thick white wall-hanging film evenly, and there may be a few bubbles, but there are no lumps. Gently shake with a small amount of water, and the white on the cup wall becomes even lighter;
Rinse it again, and it will return to a transparent and clean state, that is, fresh milk. If the milk film on the glass is uneven, even there are small pieces visible to the naked eye, or it can't be washed thoroughly with water, or even needs to be scrubbed by hand, it is that the freshness of milk and the quality of raw materials are low.
