Stir the yeast powder and water until they melt.
Pour in flour
Knead into a smooth dough and cover twice the size of the fermented noodles.
Take out the fermented dough, exhaust, divide it into two equal parts, and knead the dough.
Roll out a portion of dough.
Mix B flour, oil and salt evenly and make cakes.
Spread pastry on it.
Sprinkle a proper amount of chopped green onion, roll it up from one end, and pinch it at both ends after rolling. There are many ways to make scallion cakes, according to your own preferences. Taste.
Then roll it into two rolls from both ends. (as shown in fig. 9)
Lift one roll and cover the other (as shown in figure 10).
Gently thin the cake by hand and finish another dough in turn.
Relax 15 ~ 20 minutes.
Put a little oil in the pot, put the cake in and cook it on low heat.
In the process of turning, the pot position is continuously rotated, and the color is even when heated. Both sides are burnt golden yellow, and the blank holder is elastic.
Final result
