Methods: 1. thinly slice the carrots
2. spread the sliced carrots in a large bowl
3. sprinkle a layer of a little salt
4. spread a layer of carrot slices. Sprinkle with salt again. Repeat the process several times. Let it sit for 15 minutes
5. Pour the water out of the bowl after 15 minutes
6. Add a tablespoon of sugar
7. Toss the sugar with the sliced carrots. Let it sit for 15 minutes
8. After 15 minutes, squeeze the water out of the bowl with your hands
9. Pour in two tablespoons of soy sauce
10. Pour in one tablespoon of white vinegar
11. Pour in water. Cover with plastic wrap. Chill in the refrigerator for 2 days
Ingredients 2 white radishes (about 3-4 pounds), 2 tablespoons of salt, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 3 tablespoons of fish sauce, 3 tablespoons of red pepper flakes, 1 tablespoon of chopped garlic, 1/2 tablespoon of chopped ginger, and 4 green onions, sliced into 5-cm pieces
How to do it 1. Peel and slice the radishes into pieces of about 2.5 centimeters, and then put them into a large bowl and mix with salt and sugar. Marinate for 1 hour.
2. Mix fish sauce, red pepper powder, minced garlic and ginger in a small bowl.
3. Strain the water from the white radish, then sprinkle the fish sauce mixture on top of the radish and mix well. Add the scallions to the mix.
4. Finally, put the mixture in a sealable jar and let it sit at room temperature for 1 day, then store it in the refrigerator.
Ingredients white radish, sugar, a little monosodium glutamate (MSG), soy sauce, dark soy sauce, yellow wine, salt
Practice 1: Wash and peel the white radish and cut it into strips, blow-dry it, and set aside.
2. Make a homemade sauce: 2 tbsp light soy sauce, ? tsp yellow wine, 3/4 tbsp sugar, 1/2 tsp dark soy sauce, mix well. Note that none of the containers used should have water in them.
3. Blow-dry the radish into the sauce, cover with plastic wrap and seal in the refrigerator.
