2. Take off 2 pieces of the coat, cut them into small pieces, put them in a juicer, pour pure milk, 2 spoonfuls of sugar, and then squeeze them into juice.
3. Prepare a small colander with a fine mesh, filter the squeezed milk banana juice and filter out the black banana seeds inside.
4. Clean the mold and the popsicle stick. First, put the popsicle stick through the small hole in the middle of the mold, and put as much as possible into it, not less than one third of the length of the popsicle.
5. Pour the filtered milk banana juice into the mold, cover it and put it in the refrigerator for freezing (don't pour it too full to prevent the juice from overflowing when you put it in the refrigerator).
6. After freezing to solidification, take out the ice bar and demould it to eat (the freezing time should not be less than 3 hours, otherwise the ice bar will not form).
