Materials: Chinese cabbage 1, kelp 1000g, 2 lotus roots, and cavity bone 1000g.
Accessories: green onion 1 root, ginger 50g, soy sauce 200ml, soy sauce 50ml, balsamic vinegar 150ml, sugar 30g, liquor 20ml and salt (about 20g).
1. Wash all the materials and adjust the seasoning bowl juice.
2. Spread a layer of cabbage, cavity bone and lotus root at the bottom.
3. Spread a layer of kelp, onion and ginger.
4. Spread a layer of cabbage on the top and pour a bowl of juice.
