The tea tree mushroom, also known as the tea tree mushroom, grows on the Camellia oleifera tree. The meat is tender and crispy, the taste is pure and fragrant, and the taste is excellent. The export and domestic sales of dried and fresh tea tree mushrooms are very popular.
1. Cultivation house selection: Whether it is an indoor mushroom house or an outdoor mushroom house or a plastic greenhouse. Mushroom houses require reasonable insulation, moisture retention, ventilation, and lighting.
2. Cultivation season: According to the biological characteristics of the tea tree mushroom, which has an optimal temperature of 20°C to 28°C, it is appropriate to arrange the cultivation season in spring and autumn. Practice has proven that tea tree mushrooms will form a large number of fruiting bodies when the temperature drops to 28°C after the high temperature season and rises to 20°C during the low temperature season. It can be seen that the unique climate of Malong County is very suitable for annual production of tea tree mushrooms.
3. Mushroom bag technology: Tea tree mushroom bag production process: ingredients → mixing → bagging → sterilization are all performed according to conventional operations. Cultivation bag specifications: High-pressure polypropylene plastic bags of 15 cm x 32 cm are commonly used for stand-up bag cultivation.
4. Inoculation and culture: First, select age-appropriate strains of good quality and with an age of no more than 80 days. After inoculation, place the fungus bag on the shelf of the mushroom house for cultivation. The indoor temperature should be maintained at 23°C to 25°C, the relative air humidity should not exceed 70, and the light should be weakly scattered. If there is high temperature during the germination period, pay attention to opening bags to dissipate heat and strengthen ventilation and cooling.
5. Mushroom management: The method is to untie the mouth of the bag, straighten the film, and cover it with newspaper. At this stage, the indoor temperature is maintained at 20°C to 28°C, and the relative air humidity is 70 to 75. It is not advisable to spray water directly after opening to avoid infection with miscellaneous bacteria. As long as the temperature and humidity are suitable, mushrooms will begin to appear within 15 to 20 days after opening. It usually takes 5 to 7 days from mushroom bud to harvest. Do not spray too much water on the first tide mushrooms to accumulate nutrients for the second tide mushrooms. After 15 days, gradually increase the temperature until the second tide of mushrooms grows. The time interval is about 5 to 15 days. If managed according to the above method in the future, the biotransformation rate can reach 80 to 120.
6. Prevention and control of pests and diseases: Mainly rely on prevention, environmental sanitation and indoor disinfection. Treat miscellaneous bacteria in a timely manner when they are found. Because the temperature at which tea tree mushrooms bloom is relatively high, insect pests are likely to occur. Therefore, high-efficiency and low-toxicity pesticides such as chrysanthemum lipids can be used to prevent and control them.
