1. Wash about 100 grams of barley, put it into a pot with 4 times the water and soak it for 3 hours, then boil it over low heat and cook for 10 minutes. It’s better to cook it until it’s soft. 4. For dry skin, barley flour and honey are suitable for facial masks, while for oily skin, barley flour and milk are suitable for facial masks.
