Second, grass shrimp

Grass shrimp, the scientific name of Penaeus monodon, also known as black shell shrimp, belongs to Penaeidae. Because it likes to live in aquatic plants, it is called grass shrimp. Grass shrimp has the characteristics of fast growth, miscellaneous eating habits, euryhaline, short breeding cycle, large individual, delicious meat, rich nutrition and high yield of adult shrimp. Grass shrimp is the largest species in the genus Penaeus. The largest female shrimp is 33 cm long and weighs more than 500 grams.
