Swallow uses pig hind leg lean meat as raw material, peeling, deboning and fascia removal, cutting into minced meat, and mixing with cassava flour. The skin needs to be cut into squares of about two inches and hung in a ventilated place to dry, and then the extra meat is wrapped inside, forming a major feature of "meat wrapped in meat", and the name of "swallowing meat" has also spread.
