Fried bacon with bracken
Ingredients: 1 dried bracken, 1 sliced bacon, 1 spoon Pixian bean paste, sugar, salt, broth, soy sauce, onion, chicken essence, bacon, bracken, green pepper, red pepper, garlic sprout, bean paste, edible oil, sugar, and chicken essence.
Exercise:

Tips: 1. Bacon itself has salted bean paste and soy sauce. If you feel heavy, soy sauce and salt can be omitted; 2. Using a little broth can make the dried bracken taste better and the final taste richer. If there is no stock, you can use water instead of 2-3 tablespoons. 3. If it is made of fresh bracken, it is suggested to add a proper amount of green pepper, which will be very fragrant and appetizing. If you can buy Zhaotong sauce in Yunnan, that's the best.
Sauté ed bracken with shredded pork
Ingredients: Pteridium aquilinum 1 bag, 250g pork, ginger, garlic, salt and chicken essence.
