White-browed pit vipers are mostly distributed in the Northeast Changbai Mountain area. Spring and autumn are concentrated in the graveyard grass hibernation place near the activities; summer and early fall are scattered activities in paddy fields, cultivated land, ditches, roadsides, village houses, gardens. It is a small venomous snake, generally not actively attacking people.
