Ingredients: 200 grams of beef.
Accessories: 50 grams of millet pepper (20 grams of pickled pepper water), 25 grams of celery and 50 grams of eggs.
Seasoning: 50g of vegetable oil, 5g of refined salt, 3g of monosodium glutamate, 8g of soy sauce, 3g of garlic 10g, 3g of sesame oil, 5g of wet starch and 2g of tender meat powder.
Exercise:
1. Remove fascia from beef, cut into 0.2 cm thick slices, and add tender meat powder, soy sauce, refined salt, monosodium glutamate, egg white and wet starch for sizing.
2. Cut millet, pepper and celery into rice grains, and chop garlic seeds.
3. Put the base oil in the pot, heat the beef, stir-fry until it is 80% cooked, and put it in a bowl for later use.
4. Put base oil in the pot, saute minced garlic, millet pepper and celery, pour pickled pepper water, add beef, add refined salt and monosodium glutamate, stir fry evenly, and pour sesame oil, and serve.
