Main ingredients: 100 grams of black beans.
Other ingredients: 300 ml of rice vinegar.
2 Steps
1. Put the black beans in a pan and cook them over medium heat until the skin bursts open, then cook over slow heat for about 10 minutes.
2. Put the cooked black beans into a tightly sealed bottle and add the brown rice vinegar, about 1/3 and 2/3.
3. Seal the lid of the bottle when it cools down, and wait for the black beans to absorb the vinegar and swell up, then eat it after two hours or so.
4. Note that cooked black beans in vinegar should be stored in the refrigerator, otherwise it is easy to deteriorate.
