Transfer durian from refrigerator (-18 c) to fresh refrigerator (5 c) and thaw for 30 hours. However, when thawing, it must be thawed in the above three ways to avoid durian from getting wet after it comes into contact with air, and to ensure that the fruit is dry and original.
