Shredded pork mixed rice
Ingredients: Thai rice 400g, shredded pork 75g, shredded eel, shredded cooked chicken, shredded ham, shredded bamboo shoots, sugar, soy sauce, monosodium glutamate, Shaoxing wine and chicken soup.
Exercise:
1. Thai rice is washed, dried, put into a pot and steamed with water to make rice.
2. Shredded pork with oil, shredded eel, shredded fried chicken, shredded ham, shredded bamboo shoots, soy sauce, sugar, Shaoxing wine, monosodium glutamate and chicken soup, and thicken the rice.
Potato curry chicken mixed rice
Ingredients: chicken leg meat, potatoes, coconut milk, salt, soy sauce, ginger slices, curry powder and oil.
Exercise:
1. First cut the chicken leg into small pieces, then marinate it slightly, add a little salt, a little soy sauce and (or beer) and ginger slices.
2, put a little oil in the oil pan, add the marinated chicken legs and stir fry, turn over and stir fry the chicken skin oil.
3. Add chopped potato pieces and stir fry, then pour in coconut milk and bring to a boil.
4. Turn it on low heat for five minutes, add curry powder mixed with water, continue to stew until the potatoes are soft and rotten, and finally add fish sauce to adjust salt.
