1, home soilless culture method: seed selection, seed soaking, seed washing, and putting into seedling tray; Water it frequently, put it in the shade and keep it ventilated; When the bean sprouts grow tall, put them in a place with light and ventilation. 2. Field cultivation method: neutral soil with slightly higher terrain, convenient irrigation and drainage and fertile and loose soil is selected for planting; Selecting green pea seeds with thick seed coat, small seeds and fullness; The suitable growth temperature is 18~23℃ and the humidity is about 80%.
I. Introduction to Bean Seedlings
Bean sprouts are the tender leaves and stems of peas, also known as asparagus, asparagus, pea tips and Dutch bean sprouts. Generally, bean seedlings cultivated at home are soilless, and it usually takes only a few days from sowing to seedling formation. When the bean seedlings grow to about 10~ 12 cm, grow neatly and evenly, and the compound leaves are unfolded or completely expanded, they can be picked in time. The whole body is on the market or cut and packaged with a sharp knife 5~6 cm away from the base for sale.
Second, the cultivation method of bean seedlings
Bean sprouts are crispy and delicious, rich in nutrition and have a variety of dietotherapy effects. They are deeply loved by modern people and have good planting prospects as green leafy vegetables. There are two cultivation methods:
1, home soilless culture method
(1) Choose healthy and full peas, soak pea seeds in clear water for 24 hours, take them out when white spots can be seen, and rinse them with clear water for two or three times.
(2) Put the bean seedlings into a seedling pot, spread 2-3 layers of gauze in the seedling pot, soak them in water, spread the soaked pea seeds evenly on the gauze, and keep the gauze moist.
(3) Peas seeds should be watered frequently, the bottom should be kept moist, and placed in the shade for germination, and good ventilation conditions should be maintained. Pay attention to the temperature is not lower than 15℃, and basically seedlings will emerge in about two or three days.
(4) When the bean sprouts grow tall, put them in a place with light and ventilation, and the bean sprouts will turn from yellow to green after light. There are two points to pay attention to here: one is to germinate in a dark place (you can cover the light of the seeds with a layer of gauze), and the other is to pay attention to moisturizing.
(5) When the bean seedlings grow to about 10 cm, and the top is really just a leaf, they can be harvested. Cut it from the root 2~3 cm, and be sure not to uproot it. After that, you can water some water every day, and then you can harvest mung bean sprouts in two or three days.
2. Field planting method
(1) Requirements for aquaculture facilities and places
① Site requirements: Bean seedlings can be cultivated in closed balconies and warm greenhouses in winter. The suitable growth temperature is 18~23℃, the humidity is about 80%, and too strong illumination is not needed.
(2) Seedling pot: The seedling pot for producing pea seedlings is durable, light and well ventilated. Generally, black plastic seedling pots are selected.
(2) Cultivation techniques
① Plot selection: Pea seedlings are suitable for planting in slightly higher terrain, convenient irrigation and drainage, fertile, loose, neutral to slightly alkaline soil.
(2) Seed selection: select green peas or hemp peas with thick seed coat, small seeds and fullness. Pea seedlings produced by these peas have strong stems and leaves, fast growth and strong disease resistance.
③ Sowing date: The optimum temperature for pea seed germination is 18~20℃, and the sowing date is February ~ March or 9 ~ 10 in early spring, or it can be sown in warm areas from the end of 10 to the next year.
④ Management: topdressing twice before harvest, and topdressing 1 time after each harvest, mainly with available nitrogen. Pea seedlings should avoid water accumulation, and pay attention to ditch cleaning and drainage during growth to prevent root rot, but they should not be too dry and keep the soil moist. Weeds should be properly pulled out after rain and fertilization, and attention should be paid to leading vines, so as not to let them grow in the border.
⑤ Harvesting: 30-50 days after sowing, the seedling height is 10- 15 cm, and when the seedling is light yellow and green, the tender buds are picked, that is, the tender buds on the upper part are picked. Then harvest once every 15~20 days, and generally harvest 6~ 10 times.
