1. Ingredients: 1000 grams of snowflake pear, 80 grams of pitted dried red dates, 20 grams of ginger, 10 grams of Sichuan scallops, 100 grams of rock sugar, and 100 ml of honey.
2. Wash the snowflake pear with water and cut into small pieces; wash and cut the old ginger into shreds, wash and set aside the dried red dates.
3. Pour the pear cubes, shredded ginger and red dates into a food processor and beat into a fine paste.
4. Add rock sugar into the pot together, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
5. Use a strainer to filter and squeeze, filter out the pomace and get the juice.
6. Pour the filtered juice back into the pot, add the ground Sichuan clam powder and mix well.
7. Continue to simmer over low heat for about 60 minutes.
8. Turn off the heat when the pear pulp becomes thick.
9. After cooling, pour in honey and mix evenly. Store in a sealed container and drink anytime.
