500 grams of ribs.
Two potatoes.
2 pieces of fragrant leaves.
Three octagons.

Step 1
Wash and chop the ribs into small pieces, add appropriate amount of cooking wine and scallion and ginger to blanch, remove and rinse, and drain. Put the right amount of oil and rock sugar in a small fire, stir-fry until the rock sugar is completely melted, add the ribs and stir-fry evenly, add the onion ginger slices, fragrant leaves, star anise and cinnamon, stir-fry until fragrant, one spoonful of soy sauce, one spoonful of oyster sauce and stir-fry evenly.

Add hot water without ribs, turn the water to a small fire cover and cook for 25 minutes.

Appropriate amount of salt, add diced potatoes (just half a carrot, also put together) and continue to stew 15 minutes or so.
