How to make sesame paste rolls

1. Add salt and pepper powder to the sesame paste, mix well and set aside. Dissolve the yeast in water, pour it into the flour, and knead it into a harder dough

2. Put it in a container, cover it with plastic wrap, and leave it in a warm place to ferment until it doubles in size. Take out the exhaust and knead it evenly

3. You can use the noodle machine to press it back and forth several times. Add some dry flour each time to make the dough harder. Press until very smooth

4. Cut into a 30-40cm section, brush with a layer of sesame paste, leaving a little unbrushed at the end. Fold it forward about seven or eight centimeters to the end. Then use the palm of your hand to squeeze the two sides toward the middle to form an arch bridge shape

5. Use a knife to cut crosswise at 1cm intervals. Do not cut to the bottom, but cut every third knife. Just break it slightly on both sides with your hands

6. Put it in the steamer, turn off the heat first, use warm water, and ferment for 15-20 minutes. Then turn on high heat and steam for 20 minutes
