Roasted pork ribs with scallion oil
Ingredients required: pork ribs, scallions, onions.
Specific method: Add ginger to the pork ribs and run them through cold water. Fry the onion until fragrant, then add the green onion and fry until it becomes a little burnt. Pick up the scallions, onions, ribs and sugar and fry them in the scallion oil.
