Ingredients
200g of soybean sprouts
Scallions
Garlic
Sesame oil
A variety of fishballs, fish tofu, and crab sticks for hot pot
Steps 1
Fill a soup pot with water until it's 2/3 full, add the chopped slices of garlic and scallions and bring to a rolling boil over high heat.
Step 2
Throw in the bean sprouts when the water comes to a boil, turn down the heat and cook for 15-20 minutes. The owner likes very flavorful bean sprout soup, so cook longer.
Step 3
Throw in your favorite fishballs, fish cakes or whatever you like and cook.
Step 4
Finish with some salt and a few drops of sesame oil. Done!
