Steps
1. Cut the pork tenderloin into thin slices.
2. Soak the tenderloin slices in water for 30 minutes.
3. Cut the cucumber into 4 slices, remove the pulp from each slice, and cut into diagonal slices.
4. Put the cucumber slices into a small bowl, sprinkle a little salt to kill the water, and set aside.
5. Remove the tenderloin slices, sprinkle with starch, and spread evenly.
6. Boil the tenderloin slices in boiling water and remove.
7. Take another pot, add shredded ginger, and pour in the water used to soak the meat slices.
