Soak the paws in cold water or rice washing water for 10 hour, then put them in a waterproof pot for 6-7 hours, and then soak them in cold water to remove fine hair, clothes, nails and bones of paws.
Cut into palm strips and spread in a sea bowl, with chicken, pork, mushrooms and ham. Season with broth and steam in a steamer for one hour. Take out the sauce and thicken the sauce.
