1. Soak rice noodles with cold water (tap water) one night in advance. When in use, soak in hot water for a few minutes, take out, and filter with cold water before use.
2. On the same day, the user puts the dried rice noodles into the pot, adds cold water, cooks with slow fire until the water boils, and turns off the fire to stew for 2-5 minutes. Rinse with cold water and drain.
If the rice noodles bought directly from the supermarket are often dry, it often takes a long time to take them home for soaking. If boiled water is used, it will take 3 minutes. After soaking, rinse with cold water twice to keep the rice noodles elastic.
