The method/steps of the chef's cartoon stick figure:

With a black watercolor pen, start with the cute chef's hat, and connect the pens like clouds. Draw the basic shape of the chef's hat, as shown in the figure below.

Then draw a lovely chef's head shape, which is represented by a circle, and then draw two small eyes, a cartoon chef, which is expressed, as shown in the figure below.

Then draw the lovely chef's body with a black watercolor pen, and draw two small arms, one with the hand up and the other on the waist, as shown in the figure below.

Then draw a lovely chef's hand with a black watercolor pen. One hand is raised and the other hand is clenched into a fist. This lovely chef is serving dishes, as shown in the figure below.

Then use a black watercolor pen to draw the dishes served by the lovely chef, and one hand holds up a bowl of dishes or a bowl of soup, as shown in the figure below.

Then use a black watercolor pen to draw a dish bowl raised by the lovely chef's hand, and draw two curves on it to show the hot air, so that a lovely chef can draw it, as shown in the figure below.
