My recipe is
Breakfast: a banana, oat milk, skim yogurt, sugar-free soybean milk (choose one)
Lunch: salmon sashimi, a cup of soybean milk or milk, and some fruit.
I basically don't eat dinner, but I usually eat some fruit.
