T/R fabric is polyester-viscose blended fabric. Polyester-viscose blended fabric is a highly complementary blended fabric. Polyester and viscose are not only cotton type, wool type, but also medium-long type. When the polyester content is not less than 50%, the wool fabric is commonly called "fast horse". This blended fabric can not only maintain the fastness, wrinkle resistance and dimensional stability of polyester, but also has strong washing resistance and wearability. With the addition of viscose fiber, the air permeability of the fabric is improved and the hole resistance is improved. The pilling and antistatic properties of the fabric are reduced.

Second, advantages

(1) high strength, short fiber strength 2.6~5.7Cn/dtex, high strength fiber 5.6~8.0Cn/dtex. Because of its low hygroscopicity, its wet strength and dry strength are basically the same, and its impact strength is 4 times higher than that of nylon and 20 times higher than that of viscose fiber.

(2) Good elasticity, close to wool. When stretched by 5%~6%, it can almost completely recover. The crease resistance is better than other fibers, that is, the fabric does not wrinkle and has good dimensional stability. The elastic modulus is 22~ 14 1cN/dtex, which is 2~3 times higher than that of nylon.

(3) Good water absorption.

(4) Good wear resistance, which is second only to nylon and superior to other natural fibers and synthetic fibers.

(5) Good light resistance, second only to acrylic fiber.

(6) Corrosion resistance, resistance to bleaching agents, oxidants, ketones, petroleum products and inorganic acids, resistance to dilute alkali and fear of mildew, but thermal alkali can decompose.
