2. Wash tremella with clear water and soak it in clear water for about 2 hours.
3. Change the water once or twice during soaking until the tremella is white and swollen.
4. Cut the soaked tremella root, tear it into small pieces, and put it into the pot together with the washed red dates. Bring the fire to a boil, and turn it down 1 hour.
